Roche ROMA
ROMA (Risk of Ovarian Malignancy Algorithm) uses CA 125 value, HE4 value, and menopausal status to calculate the risk of a patient’s pelvic mass being malignant ovarian tumor.
Among patients presented with pelvic mass, ROMA is more sensitive and specific in identifying ovarian cancer - even stages I/II ovarian cancer - than CA 125 alone.
This ROMA calculator App can only be used with results from the Elecsys® CA 125 II and HE4 immunoassays from Roche.
